AMP Capital, the owner of the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre on the Queensland Gold Coast tourist area wanted a growth potential forecast for the luxury segment over 15 years but found such data was not readily available.

AMP Capital was considering a significant addition to their luxury segment offering at the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and therefore needed a 15 year growth forecast of the potential market growth

A wider regional area map of high potential luxury customers based on household income was also provided.
